Ingredients

  • 100g - Wheat flour
  • 250g - Urad Dal (black gram)
  • 100g - Moong dal (green gram)
  • 350g - Ghee
  • 200g - Khoya
  • 350g - Castor Sugar
  • 5g - Cardamom powder
  • How to Make Pinne:

    1. Heat 50 ml. of ghee in a wok and fry dal till done.
    2. Cool and powder.
    3. Heat ghee in a kadai, add wheat flour and cook.
    4. Add khoya and castor sugar and cook for a while.
    5. Add the dal mixture and continue stirring.
    6. Mix well and add the cardamom powder.
    7. Remove from fire and shape the mixture into small oblong pieces,
