Ingredients

  • 20 - badams (almonds), blanched and peeled
  • 20 - pistas, blanched
  • 10 to 12 strands - saffron, soaked in 1 tbsp - warm Milk
  • 2 cups - chilled Milk
  • 1.5 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • For garnishing:
  • thin slices of Almonds
  • Thin slices of pistas
  • How to Make Pista Badam Doodh:

    1. Make a smooth paste of almonds and pistas.
    2. In a bowl, add all the ingredients.
    3. Electrically beat to whip till frothy.
    4. Pour into tall chilled glasses.
    5. Garnish with almonds and pistas.
    6. Serve immediately while still frothy.
