  • 2 cups - dry powdered pistachio
  • 1.5 cups - sugar
  • 2 tbsp - ghee

How to Make Pista cake

  • Take sugar in a pan, add water just enough to coat the sugar. Make sugar syrup of 2 string consistency. It takes about 10 min on low medium flame.
  • Add powdered pistachio to the syrup, mix well. Add ghee.
  • Switch off the stove.
  • Pour the mixture immediately to a greased plate.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Cut into shapes.
