Ingredients

  • 400 g - chicken(boneless).
  • 1 cup - curd.
  • 1 cup - onion.
  • 1/2 cup - coriander leaves.
  • 1/2 cup - pistachios.
  • 1 slice - Cinnamon (inch).
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder.
  • 1 - tomato.
  • 2 - green chillies.
  • 4 - cloves.
  • 1 tsp - Garlic (paste).
  • 1 tsp - Ginger (paste).
  • 1 tsp - all spice powder.
  • 1 tsp - Lime juice.
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper.
  • 1/2 tsp - fennel seeds.
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder.
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Pista Chicken:

    1. Marinate chicken in curd, garlic, ginger, lime, salt, garam masala, green dhania and green chilli.
    2. Put pista in warm water to remove its cover then make paste of it. Put elachi, cloves and cinnamon in oil.
    3. Then put onion, haldi and saunf.
    4. Add pista paste, marinated chicken and white pepper.
    5. Cook for 10-14 mins. Then put one tomato cut into small pieces.
    6. Remove from heat and put it in a dish.
    7. Garnish with a little cream and serve hot.
