Ingredients

  • 400 g - chicken(boneless).
  • 1 cup - curd.
  • 1 cup - onion.
  • 1/2 cup - coriander leaves.
  • 1/2 cup - pistachios.
  • 1 slice - Cinnamon (inch).
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder.
  • 1 - tomato.
  • 2 - green chillies.
  • 4 - cloves.
  • 1 tsp - Garlic (paste).
  • 1 tsp - Ginger (paste).
  • 1 tsp - all spice powder.
  • 1 tsp - Lime juice.
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper.
  • 1/2 tsp - fennel seeds.
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder.
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Pista Chicken

  • Marinate chicken in curd, garlic, ginger, lime, salt, garam masala, green dhania and green chilli.
  • Put pista in warm water to remove its cover then make paste of it. Put elachi, cloves and cinnamon in oil.
  • Then put onion, haldi and saunf.
  • Add pista paste, marinated chicken and white pepper.
  • Cook for 10-14 mins. Then put one tomato cut into small pieces.
  • Remove from heat and put it in a dish.
  • Garnish with a little cream and serve hot.
