Ingredients

  • 100 gms - egg white
  • 200 gms - confectioner`s sugar
  • 100 gms - pistachio powder
  • 1-2 drops pistachio food colour (optional)
  • For the strawberry cream:
  • 30 gms - strawberry sauce
  • 50 gms - whipped cream
  • 50 gms. berry compote

How to Make Pistachio meringue and berry stack

  • Beat egg whites and sugar together till stiff.
  • Fold in the pistachio together till stiff. Fold in the pistachio food colour (optional).
  • Pipe small discs of the above mixture on oil paper and bake them at 160 degree C in a pre-heated oven for 3-4 mins. Cool.
  • Make strawberry cream by mixing strawberry sauce and whipped cream.
  • On the baked discs, add strawberry cream and then some berry compote on top.
  • Repeat the process to form a stack. Serve.
