Ingredients

  • 2 -pita breads.
  • 1/4 cup -chopped onion.
  • 3/4 cup- thinly sliced roasted chicken.
  • 1/4 cup- sprouts (optional).
  • 1 cup -thick yoghurt.
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber.
  • 1/4 finely chopped capsicum.
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder.
  • 1/2 tsp - dried oregano.
  • 1/4 tsp- black pepper powder.
  • 1/4 tsp -salt (or as per taste).
  • 1/4 cup- finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • 1 -green chillies, chopped finely.

How to Make Pita Bread Sandwich

  • Mix all the ingredients except the bread.
  • Cut the pita breads in two halves.
  • Carefully open each half into two layers (like a pocket).
  • Fill the mixture into 4 pockets evenly.
  • Wrap the stuffed breads in a foil.
  • Bake at 350 for 15 mins.
  • Serve with cheese dip and sliced tomatoes.
