  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil.
  • 1 28 oz. - can of peeled tomatoes, drained and seeded.
  • 1 Clove garlic, crushed and finely chopped.
  • 1/2 tsp - salt.
  • 1-13 inch uncooked dough crust.
  • 6 oz - mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced.
  • 6 fresh Basil leaves cut into juliennes strips (or 1 tsp. dried Basil) drizzle of Olive oil.
  • 1/4 cup - fresh shredded parmesan cheese.
  • How to Make Pizza Marguerite:

    1. Cut tomatoes into chunks and marinate in one tbsp of olive oil with garlic and salt.
    2. Brush dough crust lightly with olive oil.
    3. Top with cheese, then tomatoes.
    4. Drizzle with olive oil.
    5. Bake in pre-heated oven at 260 degrees C for 8 to 10 mins or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
    6. Remove from oven and top with parmesan cheese and basil.
    7. Cool on a wire rack for 2-3 mins before cutting into wedges and serving.
