4 - Pizza Base.
2 - Onions, finely chopped.
10-12 flakes - fresh garlic, chopped.
3 tbsp - Refined oil.
2 - tomatoes, chopped.
4 - Bell peppers, chopped.
1 - Carrot, chopped.
1/2 cup - Shelled, boiled green peas.
2 tbsp - Chopped fresh Basil.
2 tbsp - Chilli Powder.
3 tbsp -

How to Make Pizza Pies
Heat oil in a kadai and fry the chopped onions.
Add the garlic and chopped tomatoes.
Add the chilli powder, salt, sugar, tomato sauce and the basil.
Fry for 5 mins.
Add the peppers, peas, carrots and fry for another few minutes till the vegetables are done.
Cut the pizza base in to 4 triangles.
Then slice them horizontally so that each triangle opens up.
Fill in some of the prepared stuffing.
Shallow fry them on a non-stick pan by applying some salted butter on both the sides. Serve hot.
