Ingredients

  • Tortillas - 3 (large)
  • Kidney Bean Paste - 3 tbsp (cooked and seasoned)
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1/4 cup (grated)
  • Cheddar Cheese - 1/4 cup (grated)
  • Pizza Seasoning - 1 tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
  • Onions - 1/2 cup (sliced)
  • Mushrooms - 1/4 cup (sliced)
  • Tomato - 1 (chopped)
  • Oil - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Pizzaco

  • Saute onions, mushrooms and tomatoes in the oil and season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • Spread a little parmesan cheese between two tortillas to form a base.
  • Now spread the bean paste on the tortilla evenly and cover it with the remaining tortilla.
  • Take the ketchup and apply evenly on the top of the tortilla.
  • Now spread the sauteed vegetables like toppings and season with salt and the pizza seasoning.
  • Cover the vegetables with the cheeses evenly.
  • Bake it at 350 Degrees F for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  • Cut into triangles and serve with Chilli Sauce.
