  • Tortillas - 3 (large)
  • Kidney Bean Paste - 3 tbsp (cooked and seasoned)
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1/4 cup (grated)
  • Cheddar Cheese - 1/4 cup (grated)
  • Pizza Seasoning - 1 tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
  • Onions - 1/2 cup (sliced)
  • Mushrooms - 1/4 cup (sliced)
  • Tomato - 1 (chopped)
  • Oil - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Pizzaco:

    1. Saute onions, mushrooms and tomatoes in the oil and season with salt and pepper and set aside.
    2. Spread a little parmesan cheese between two tortillas to form a base.
    3. Now spread the bean paste on the tortilla evenly and cover it with the remaining tortilla.
    4. Take the ketchup and apply evenly on the top of the tortilla.
    5. Now spread the sauteed vegetables like toppings and season with salt and the pizza seasoning.
    6. Cover the vegetables with the cheeses evenly.
    7. Bake it at 350 Degrees F for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
    8. Cut into triangles and serve with Chilli Sauce.
