Ingredients

  • 2 cups- semolina.
  • 6 slices of bread.
  • 1 green capsicum.
  • 1 red capsicum.
  • 1 yellow capsicum.
  • Black olives.
  • Half cup milk.
  • 3 tsp cream.
  • soya sauce.
  • Tomato sauce.
  • Salt Black pepper.
  • green chillies.
  • Red pepper.
  • 1/4 cup- boiled corns.

How to Make Pizzalina

  • Take a bowl and put 2 cups semolina and add salt (according to taste), red pepper and milk. Chop green, red, yellow capsicum. Add some boiled corns and cream in the mixture above and stir it continuously. Add some soya sauce and tomato sauce.
  • Take the bread slice and with help of a spoon grease bread slice with olive or refined oil, spread the mixture.
  • Add some black olives and sprinkle black pepper.
  • Grill for 5-6 mins till bread gets golden brown and crispy and semolina is well cooked.
  • Garnish with olives and corn. Serve hot.
