Ingredients

  • 100 g - Green peas
  • 3 - Tomatoes
  • 1 bunch - Coriander leaves
  • 6 - Potatoes (large)
  • 5 tbsp - Milk
  • 5 tsp - oil
  • 1.5 cup - Cream cheese
  • 12 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1 bunch - Parsley leaves
  • 1.5 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Plain Baked Potatoes:

    1. Slice the top of each potato and place on a greased baking tray.
    2. Scoop out the centre of each potato.
    3. Finely chop coriander leaves.
    4. Peel garlic and fill each potato with 2 cloves of garlic, little chopped coriander leaves, green peas, chopped tomatoes, lemon a little pepper, oil and salt.
    5. Replace the sliced top of the potatoes and bake at 200 degree C until done.
    6. Make a sauce of the cheese by combining cream cheese, milk, parsley leaves and a little pepper and salt.
