  • 1/2 cup - Butter
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 3 - mashed ripe Banana
  • 1.5 cup - all purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp - baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp - salt

How to Make Plain Banana Cake

  • Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy
  • Beat eggs one at a time
  • Stir in mashed bananas.
  • Mix flour, soda, salt.
  • Pour into a greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 35 mins.
  • Serve when cool.
