Ingredients

  • Brain of one goat
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • How to Make Plain Brain fry:

    1. Pressure cook all the above ingredients.
    2. Heat oil in a kadai and fry pressure cooked contents till done.
