How to Make Plain Egg Salad

  • Heat oil in a pan and add half of the chopped onions
  • Beat egg in a bowl, with a pinch of salt and milk, mix and add it to the pan
  • Break omelette into pieces with the help of spoon and put in a bowl.
  • Add tomatoes and onions to the bowl and mix with a little salt and chaat masala.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves for decoration and serve.
