Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup - Maida
  • 3/4 cup - ground Sugar
  • 1 cup - thick Curd
  • 1/2 cup - refined oil
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - baking soda
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup - tutti fruity
  • 3 tbsp - cocoa powder
  • How to Make Plain Eggless cake:

    1. Mix curd and sugar, add oil.
    2. Mix baking powder and baking soda to the mixture.
    3. When bubbles appear, mix maida gradually in it.
    4. Add essence and finally mix in the tutti fruity and cocoa powder.
    5. Pour in a greased microwave oven proof dish and bake for 14 minutes at 60 power in microwave.
    6. Check with a knife; if it comes out clean then it is ready.
