  • Fresh cream (malai) - 1 cup
  • Sooji - 5 tbsps
  • Grated vegetables - two cups (cabbage, cauliflower, carrot)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Refined oil - for frying
  • Bread slice - 5-6

How to Make Plain French Toast

  • Take the fresh cream and add sooji to it and mix well.
  • Now add all the grated vegetables, salt and pepper and blend them well to form a smooth batter.
  • Now take a bread slice and spread the batter evenly on it.
  • Slightly heat and grease a non-stick tawa and add the slice to it with the batter on the top.
  • Fry until a golden brown.
  • Now turn the slice upside down and let the batter cook until a golden brown.
  • Take it off the tawa and serve hot with sauce .
