Ingredients

  • 2 lb - chicken
  • 2 - large onions
  • 6 - green chillies
  • 2 inch piece -ginger
  • 2 tbsp - garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Cilantro
  • 3-4 drops - red food colour
  • 2-3 drops - brown food colour

How to Make Plain Ginger Chicken

  • Grind the onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies to a smooth paste. Fry this paste in oil till it is well done. The oil should separate from the paste.
  • Then add the soy sauce and salt.
  • Add in the red and brown food colour.
  • Add in the chicken and cook till its done. Reduce the gravy.
  • Garnish with cilantro.
