  • 8 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 120 g - fresh Ginger root (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - golden Raisins
  • 1 Clove - Garlic (minced)
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Plain Ginger Chutney:

    1. Grind all the above ingredients and add lemon juice in the end.
    2. Refrigerate and serve with biryani.
