Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • 120 g - fresh ginger root (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - golden raisins
  • 1 clove - garlic (minced)
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Plain Ginger Chutney

  • Grind all the above ingredients and add lemon juice in the end.
  • Refrigerate and serve with biryani.
