  • Grind all the ingredients together.
  • For seasoning:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Roast and pour on the chutney.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve with samosa, dosa, rice or use as a relish for sandwiches.
