  • For the balls:
  • Non fat dry Milk - 2 cups
  • All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
  • Heavy whipping Cream - according to the need to make the dough.
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying.
  • For the syrup:
  • white Sugar - 2 cups
  • Water - 1 cup

How to Make Plain Gulab jamun

  • Mix all the dry ingredients. Make the dough with heavy whipping cream.
  • Make medium size balls and deep fry them in oil.
  • Boil the water and sugar till little thick.
  • Soak the balls in the syrup.
  • Gulab jamuns are ready.
