  • Boiled potatoes - 400 g
  • Boiled green peas - 100 g
  • Boiled spinach - 100 g
  • Chopped coriander - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilli - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala - 1 tsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Plain Hara Bhara Kebab

  • Peel and grate boiled potatoes.
  • Mash boiled green peas.
  • Squeeze out excess water from spinach and chop finely.
  • Mix grated potatoes, peas and spinach.
  • Add chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, ginger, chaat masala and salt. Mix.
  • Add corn flour for binding.
  • Divide the mixture into 25 equal portions.
  • Shape them into a ball and then press with palms to flatten it.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the tikkis in hot oil for 3-4 mins.
  • Serve hot.
