Ingredients

  • 2 cups - plain flour (maida)
  • 1 cup - gram flour (besan)
  • 1/2 tsp - soda bicarb
  • 2 tbsp - Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • oil to shallow fry

How to Make Plain Instant Dosa

  • Mix all the ingredients with water.
  • Take care to see there are no lumps.
  • Heat griddle.
  • Pour some oil and shallow fry the dosas in medium heat.
