Ingredients

  • 250 g - Raw Mango pieces
  • 4 tbsp - Mustard oil
  • 1 tsp - Asafoetida
  • 75 g - Mustard Seeds dal
  • 50 g - Red Chilli Kashmir powder
  • 20 g - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder.
  • How to Make Plain Instant Mango pickle:

    1. Heat the mustard oil until smoking and keep aside to cool.
    2. Take a bowl, add the mango pieces, mustard dal, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida and salt.
    3. Mix well and then add the mustard oil.
    4. The pickle is ready.
