How to Make

  • Slice the karelas into thin rounds.
  • Smear with salt and keep aside for an hour. Drain out the water and sun dry for a couple of days.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry the dried karelas till golden brown.
  • Sprinkle red chilli powder and mix well with lime juice before serving.
  • Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander and onion.
