Ingredients

  • 1 can - condensed Milk
  • 1 can - heavy whipping Cream
  • 2 - bread slices
  • 10-15 pieces - Pistachios
  • Saffron
  • 1/2 tsp - elaichi powder (cardamoms)

How to Make Plain Kulfi

  • Break the pistachios in the blender.
  • Cut bread slices into pieces and put it into the blender.
  • Pour the condensed milk, whipping cream into the blender.
  • Add saffron and elaichi powder.
  • Set it in kulfi moulds or in a baking dish.
  • Refrigerate, in the freezer for 3 hours.
