Ingredients

  • 5-6 Lettuce leaves, broken into pieces
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1/2 chopped Celery
  • 2 potatoes, boiled, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup boiled peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsium
  • 1/2 cup grated Carrots
  • 2 green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1/2 crumbled fried Meat
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 cups salad dressing (pref winter salad)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

How to Make

  • In a salad dish, layer according to ingredients list till onion.
  • Add sugar to salad dressing.
  • Spread dressing over salad.
  • Garnish with grated cheese.
  • Chill for 4-5 hours.
  • Serve.
