  • 30 - limes
  • Juice of another 30 limes
  • 4 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp - turmeric
  • salt

How to Make Plain Lime Pickle

  • Cut the lime in four, fill with salt and keep in the sun for 4-5 days till soft.
  • Then make a paste of the chilli powder and turmeric powder by adding the lime juice.
  • Fill into the lime.
  • Pour the rest of the juice into the jar with the lime.
  • Keep in the sun for another week till pickled.
