Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cooked (preferably sauteed) Chicken pieces
  • 1 cup - cooked shrimp
  • 1 packet - macaroni
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Parsley
  • 1/2 cup - grated Carrots
  • 1 - red onion, chopped finely
  • 1/4 tsp - Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp - Basil
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - Celery seeds
  • 1/2 cup - mayonnaise
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Plain Macaroni Salad

  • Cook macaroni in boiling water.
  • Drain and let it cool, take approx. 2 cups of cooked macaroni for salad.
  • Mix dressing and mayonnaise, keep aside.
  • In a bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients.
  • Add the mixed dressing.
  • Toss it well.
  • Serve with garlic bread.
