How to Make Plain Malai Mushroom

  • Clean mushrooms and cut into half.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and simmer for 1 minute.
  • Add tomato puree and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Add all the spices.
  • Add Milk and mix
  • Garnish with cream and chopped coriander leaves.
