How to Make

  • Peel the green covering of the raw mango. Cut it into big pieces.
  • Add half the jeera, salt, jaggery, chilli powder and grated coconut in a mixie jar. Grind till smooth.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add the remaining ingredients and fry them.
  • Pour the chutney off the jar into a bowl and add the oil and fried ingredients to it.
