Ingredients

  • 1 cup - coconut, freshly grated
  • 1/2 - Raw Mango
  • 2-3 - red dry chillies
  • 1/2 Onion
  • salt to taste
  • curry leaves, a few

How to Make Plain Mango Coconut Chutney

  • Peel the mango. Chop finely.
  • Grind with the rest of the ingredients and serve.
  • This can served with steaming rice.
