Ingredients

  • Mango Pulp - 1 Can or 3 cups
  • Cool Whip - 12 oz
  • Milk - 1 Cup
  • Sugar - 1 Cup
  • Water - 1 Cup
  • Knox unflavoured gelatine - 3 small envelopes or 3 tbsps.
  • How to Make Plain Mango Pudding:

    1. Mix mango pulp, milk, sugar and cool whip.
    2. Boil 1 cup of water and dissolve the gelatine in it.
    3. Pour the dissolved gelatine mixture over the mango pulp mix.
    4. Mix well and blend.
    5. Set it in an aluminium foil container or baking tray.
    6. Refrigerate it for 4 hours.
    7. Serve it with fruits or whipped cream.
