Ingredients

  • Mango Pulp - 1 Can or 3 cups
  • Cool Whip - 12 oz
  • Milk - 1 Cup
  • Sugar - 1 Cup
  • Water - 1 Cup
  • Knox unflavoured gelatine - 3 small envelopes or 3 tbsps.

How to Make Plain Mango Pudding

  • Mix mango pulp, milk, sugar and cool whip.
  • Boil 1 cup of water and dissolve the gelatine in it.
  • Pour the dissolved gelatine mixture over the mango pulp mix.
  • Mix well and blend.
  • Set it in an aluminium foil container or baking tray.
  • Refrigerate it for 4 hours.
  • Serve it with fruits or whipped cream.
