Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - any other flour (rice, bajra, maize, etc.)
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - Carrot
  • 3-4 - Cabbage leaves
  • 1 - Capsicum
  • 1 - potato, boiled
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger, grated
  • 5 tbsps - oil
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Plain Masala Paratha:

    1. Finely chop all the vegetables.
    2. Add it with the chillies and ginger to the flours, along with 2 tbsps oil and salt, and knead to a very stiff dough.
    3. Divide it into 3 parts and roll into 5 inch rounds.
    4. Shallow fry on a hot griddle on both sides, till golden brown.
