  • 3 cups - raw Peanuts (kachha Peanuts)
  • For masala:
  • 2 tbsp - gram flour
  • 2 tsp - Khus Khus
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - masala powder
  • Hing - one pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Plain Masala Peanuts

  • Divide peanuts into two parts.
  • Heat oil.
  • Wash one portion of peanuts. Immediately drain.
  • Spread it in a plate and apply masala powder.
  • Peanuts must be coated nicely.
  • Fry peanuts.
  • For the second portion, repeat the same procedure.
