How to Make Plain Matar Mushroom

  • Grind onions to a fine paste.
  • Grind the nuts separately and add to the onion paste.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, fry the onion paste till golden brown.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for a few seconds.
  • Add tomatoes, chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder and fry till oil leaves the masala.
  • Now add mushrooms and peas and fry for 2 min.
  • Add beaten curd, some water, and bring to a boil.
  • Let it cook, till the mushrooms and peas are done.
  • Mix well and serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
