Ingredients

  • Flour (maida)- 1 cup
  • Mava - 1 cup
  • Sugar- 1 cup
  • Butter - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1/3 cup
  • Baking powder -1/4 tsp
  • eggs -2
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

How to Make Plain Mava Cake

  • Take a bowl and whisk the cream, sugar and the butter until fluffy.
  • Now mix the milk and khoya and keep aside.
  • Beat the eggs and add to the creamed mixture and blend in the khoya mixture and cardamom powder.
  • Now sift the refined flour and baking powder.
  • Then fold the sieved flour mix with the mixture and blend well.
  • Grease a tray and pour the mixture in it.
  • Bake for 20 min.
  • Serve with tea.
