Ingredients

  • 4 cups - Rice
  • 3/4 cup - Urad Dal
  • 1/4 cup - Methi seeds
  • 1/4 cup - Poha
  • How to Make Plain Methi Dosa:

    1. Soak all the ingredients for about 3 hours and grind them.
    2. Add salt and leave overnight.
    3. Next morning prepare the dosa.
