How to Make

  • Wash the methi leaves and squeeze.
  • Chop them finely.
  • Heat oil in a pan and put onion, jeera, urad dal and curry leaves.
  • Fry until onion is golden brown.
  • Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and ginger paste and fry for a minute.
  • Then add methi leaves, paneer cubes and rajma.
  • Add salt and cook until methi is done.
  • Before serving, sprinkle a little bit of chaat masala and serve with rotis.
