  • 1 bunch of Methi (leaves only)
  • 1 medium-sized Onion (chopped finely)
  • 1 tsp - Urad Dal
  • 1 tsp - Jeera (Whole)
  • A few Curry leaves
  • 100 g - Paneer (cubed and fried)
  • 150 g - Rajma (Boiled till soft)
  • Salt, Red Chilli powder to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp- Turmeric powder
  • Chaat masala (optional)
  • Ground Ginger - 1 tsp
  • How to Make Plain Methi Paneer Rajma:

    1. Wash the methi leaves and squeeze.
    2. Chop them finely.
    3. Heat oil in a pan and put onion, jeera, urad dal and curry leaves.
    4. Fry until onion is golden brown.
    5. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and ginger paste and fry for a minute.
    6. Then add methi leaves, paneer cubes and rajma.
    7. Add salt and cook until methi is done.
    8. Before serving, sprinkle a little bit of chaat masala and serve with rotis.
