Ingredients

  • 500 g - sweetened condensed milk (1 tin)
  • 2 tbsp - ghee
  • 1 tsp - yoghurt (curd)
  • 2 tbsp - pista / badam (grated)

How to Make Plain Milk Cake

  • In a big microwave-safe bowl, mix the first three ingredients and microwave for 8 mins on medium temperature.
  • Take it out and stir well once.
  • Microwave on medium for another 6 mins till the milk cake turns golden brown.
  • Remove and decorate with pista/badam.
