Ingredients

  • 2 cups - moong dal
  • 2 cups - Rice
  • 2 inch - Ginger
  • 4 - chillies
  • salt to taste
  • oil

How to Make Plain Moong dal dosa

  • Wash the dal and rice in water for 3-4 hours.
  • Drain the water and grind it both together in a mixer.
  • Grind the chillies and ginger.
  • Add this to the dal paste and mix it well.
  • Keep it in a hot place for about 7-8 hours and allow it to ferment.
  • Mix it vigorously and prepare dosas on a non-stick tawa.
  • Serve it with chutney and hot sambar.
