Ingredients

  • 2 cups - flour
  • 2 tbsp - baking powder
  • 2 - small eggs
  • 1/2 cup - oil
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1.5 cup - Sugar
  • vanilla essence
  • 200 g - dates, finely chopped (optional)

How to Make Plain Muffins

  • Sieve the flour and baking powder in a large bowl.
  • Add the remaining ingredients. Mix till well combined.
  • Pour into well greased muffin tins.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven for 20-25 mins.
  • Enjoy with tea.
