Ingredients

  • 2 cans - Mushrooms
  • 1 medium sized - Onion(chopped)
  • Ginger/garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves- 1 small bunch
  • Turmeric- 1/2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder- 1/2 tbsp
  • Maharashtrian Black Masala (Garam Masala) - 1/2 tbsp
  • Jeera- 1/4 tbsp
  • 2 - Tomatoes(chopped)
  • Green chillies-2 (chopped).
  • How to Make Plain Mushroom Curry:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the jeera, green chillies, onions until pink. Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander leaves powder and tomatoes to it.
    2. Fry for 1 min.
    3. Now add the mushrooms and salt.
    4. Add some water to it.
    5. Cook for 10 mins and sprinkle the garam masala.
    6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
