Ingredients

  • 1 cup - diced Mushroom
  • 1/2 cup - diced Onions
  • 1/4 cup - Green peas
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Dhania powder
  • 5 - cashews
  • Coriander, chopped to garnish
  • Cooked Rice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Oil, as required
  • How to Make Plain Mushroom Fried Rice:

    1. Heat oil in tawa. Fry cashewnuts and onions.
    2. Then add mushrooms, chilli powder, salt, dania powder, green peas and tomatoes.
    3. Add 1/4 cup of water in it. Fry till oil separates from the mixture.
    4. Then mix cooked rice and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
