Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Chopped Mushrooms
  • 1 cup - Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup- Tomato paste
  • 2 - Chopped Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 - Small Onion - chopped
  • 1 -Small Green chilli - chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/2 cup - Frozen peas
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 tsp - Olive oil
  • How to Make Plain Mushroom Masala:

    1. Heat oil and butter in a pan and saute the onions until pink.
    2. Add the spices, chillies and garlic to it.
    3. Fry for 1 min and add the tomato paste and salt.
    4. Fry the tomatoes for 2 mins and add the mushroom, tomatoes and peas.
    5. Add a little water and cover it.
    6. Cook for 5 minutes.
    7. Serve hot with rotis or rice.
