Add roughly chopped mushrooms, tomato, turnip, ginger and garlic along with water in the pressure cooker. Cook for 10 to 15 mins on a low medium flame. Strain the contents of the cooked vegetables in a pan and bring to boil.
You can also add a few pieces of the cooked mushrooms.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
