  • 1/2 kg - mutton
  • 3 big - onions
  • 4 - green chilli
  • 2 - tomatoes
  • Oil
  • Salt

How to Make Plain Mutton Fry

  • Cut onion, tomato and green chilli.
  • Take a vessel and add little oil, onion, chilly and tomato and stir.
  • Add mutton (cut in very small pieces) and stir in a low flame.
  • Add salt when the oil stars separating.
  • Garnish with dhania leaves.
  • Serve with rice and roti.
