Ingredients

  • 1 cup - finely chopped mushroom.
  • 1 cup - finely chopped onions.
  • 2 - crushed garlic pods.
  • 2 tsp - white pepper.
  • Salt to taste.
  • oil to fry.

How to Make Plain pepper Mushroom

  • Heat the oil in a kadai.
  • Add the finely chopped onions and saute for 2 mins.
  • Add the garlic pods, mushroom, pepper and salt and cook for another 2 mins.
  • Serve hot.
