  • 8 slices - pineapple(fresh or canned).
  • 2 tbsp - seedless raisins.
  • 300 g - cream cheese.
  • 3 - green chillies (finely chopped).
  • 1/2 head - lettuce.
  • 1 tbsp - chopped walnuts .

How to Make Plain Pineapple and Cheese Salad

  • Put the raisins in hot water for a few minutes to soften them. Drain and cool.
  • Beat the cheese until smooth, mix in the raisins and the chopped chilli.
  • Arrange the pineapple slices on a bed of lettuce and top each slice with a spoonful of the cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle with chopped nuts and serve.
