Ingredients

  • 250 g - grated fresh pine apple.
  • 50 g - grated fresh coconut.
  • 100 g - sugar.
  • 50 g - mawa.
  • 1 tbsp - crushed Almonds Kaju pista.
  • 2 to 3 drops - yellow colour.
  • 2 to 3 drops - Pineapple essence.
  • 1 tbsp - ghee.

How to Make Plain Pineapple halwa

  • Heat ghee in the kadai. Add in the grated pineapple, sugar and coconut.
  • Keep on stirring, till the ghee leaves its sides. Then, add mawa and mix well.
  • Let the mixture cool and then add colour and essence.
  • Decorate with crushed pieces of dry fruits.
