How to Make Plain Pineapple Pudding

  • Boil the milk and condensed milk together.
  • Soak the China grass in 2 tbsp water. Then, add it to the boiling milk and stir till the China grass dissolves.
  • Boil the milk for 10 mins.
  • Take the chopped pineapple and mix sugar.
  • Cook the pineapple for 10 minutes or till it becomes soft. Cook on a low flame.
  • When the pineapple and the milk become cold, take a pudding dish, spread the pineapple first, then slowly pour the milk in the dish.
  • Keep the pudding in the fridge till it sets.
  • You can garnish the pudding with pineapple slices and cherries.
